JNF General Hospital has a new Customer Service desk which is expected to be a single point of contact for every need of the people visiting the hospital. The officials have shared that this is a milestone for service delivery in healthcare.

The Ministry of Health has confirmed that the presence of a customer service representative will help in improving the experience of the people who have come to the hospital. The officials have shared that the one point of contact can also lead to less confusion on the part of the patients and their family.
