The St Kitts-Nevis Labour Party held ‘Family Fun Day’ at New Sporting Complex, St. Paul’s Village on Monday, April 21, 2025. Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew also graced the function and participated in activities as he celebrated with the people of St Kitts and Nevis.
The event was hosted with an aim to provide family members an opportunity to create joyous and unforgettable moments with each other. The day was one of laughter, friendship, and true togetherness, PM Drew said in a post on his official Facebook account on 24 April, 2025.
He also shared some precious moments from the day and stated that from the tug-of-war to the races, the energy was high and the Labour family spirit was on full display.
PM Dr Terrance Drew appreciated all the citizens and locals of St Kitts and Nevis who joined them and made it a memorable day. He also thanked the team who worked hard behind the scenes to organize the entire event and made it successful.
Importance of organizing events like these
The ‘Family Fun Day’ was put together to be a celebration of the Labour and Community movement and at the same time, provide people an opportunity to enjoy Easter Monday with their friends and families.
They and others, like those in St Kitts and Nevis, have been arranged by PM Drew to foster community involvement and participation. These are some of the plans underway by the Government to foster a collective spirit and pride in the Federation.
PM Dr Terrance Drew has also worked to maintain outreach programs, town hall meetings, and other activities towards youths are all part of the path towards a more positive relationship between the premier and people of St Kitts and Nevis.
