The Ministry of Tourism has announced the final wave of artists who will be performing at the St Kitts Music Festival, popularly known as the Caribbean’s premier music event. The announcement was made during a press conference on Thursday, February 20th, 2025.

The St Kitts Music Festival was first hosted in 1996 and has been growing in strength year after year. The festival attracts a large number of tourists to the island nation, boosting its overall economy.

Minister of Tourism, Marsha T. Henderson, said during the press conference that the festival’s economic impact, driving increased visitor arrivals, and boosting local businesses is what makes it a premier event. 

She further stated that this year the festival promises to offer the citizens and tourists an unforgettable experience that will help establish St Kitts as a premier cultural and entertainment destination.


The festival this year will offer an electric mix of Caribbean rhythms, reggae, dancehall, soca, and international hits.

St Kitts Music Festival

St Kitts Music Festival is held every year in June and was initially named, Shak Shak Festival in 1996. The very first music festival had a hit line-up with artists performing in various genres. The line-up included Arrow, Nigel Lewis, Roy Cape Band, Nu Vybes and many more.

Both the locals and tourists can purchase tickets for the music festival. General, VIP, and VVIP tickets are available at different prices.
