The committee of Nevis Culturama Festival hosted the highly anticipated Miss Culture Queen Pageant at Culturama 50. Six exceptional contestants faced-off for the title on August 4, 2024 at the Nevis Cultural Complex.
The contestants showcased their beauty, talent, and skills in the pageant and the winners for the Miss Culture Queen Pageant have been announced by the official social media of Nevis Culturama Festival.
The details of the title winner and runner ups are as follows:
- Miss Culture Queen: Sherquanya Jeffers, who bagged a total of 1,037 winning points.
- 1st Runner Up: Venessa Simon, with a total of 995 points.
- 2nd Runner Up: T-Karli Edwards, with a total of 863 points.
The organising authority congratulated the winners that reflected true confidence. “Congratulations to the beauties that exuded true Nevisian pride with admirable confidence,” stated the Nevis Culturama Festival authority.
The Primer of Nevis, Mark Brantley also took his Facebook to congratulate the winners of the title. He re-shared the post uploaded by the Culturama and stated, “Heartiest congratulations ladies and hail to our new Queen Ms Jeffers.”
Notably, the winners of the Miss Culture Queen Pageant were rewarded with exciting prizes, which also included a full scholarship and the night was full of talent, elegance and celebration as promised by the organizers.
The people of the twin-island Federation also played a huge role. They casted their votes for their favourite contestant.
