Byron Messia, a rising star from St Kitts and Nevis, won his first ever Grammy, as he collaborated on Chris Brown’s album, 11:11 (Deluxe). Messia took home the Best R&B Album award at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, which were held in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
Messia teamed up with Chris Brown on “Nightmares”, an edition for the deluxe album. The song was a one track on which the artists truly shined worldwide and ranked among the greatest of 2024.
The song was a combination of Messia’s personal style and Brown’s perfect R&B vocals, which earned appreciation in the music industry. In addition, Byron Messia also made headlines for being a great artist from the small island state of the Caribbean region.
Byron Messia showed his gratitude for Chris Brown with a post on his official Instagram page and captioned the post, “You Made It Happen For All Of Us. Love 4 Life 11:11. 1st Grammy.” The caption was followed by a string of emojis. He also shared some clips from his music video of Nightmares with Chris Brown.
