Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew attended the celebration of the St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party 93rd Annual Convention. The current leader of the St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party, Dr Drew shared some images from the event on his social media.
The conference celebrated the history and impact of SKNLP which spans nine magnificent decades of Kittitian and Nevisian, and Caribbean history. The celebration, organized on Sunday, was attended by several supporters of the political party, many of whom were dressed in red shirts as a sign of solidarity.
The Prime Minister highlighted that the conference was full of energetic and passionate support from people who came from all over the island nation. Notably, PM Drew highlighted that he was proud to see the support and love that the people have for the political party for nine decades of service.
The 93rd Annual National Convention was attended by the high level members of the political party, who are in active roles in the federal government. Special attendants included:

The Member of the Saint Lucia Labour Party, Alva Baptiste attended the 93rd Annual Convention as a special guest. He took the time to highlight the importance of the Labour Movements across the Caribbean Working together.
As the first and oldest political party in the English speaking Caribbean affiliated with the labour movement, St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party has had a long and eventful history. The leadership recalled the many achievements the SKNLP has contributed to the history of the twin-island federation.
Minister Alva Baptiste from Saint Lucia highlighted the history of struggle and sacrifice that is shared by labour movements across the region. At this point, PM Terrence Drew reaffirmed his commitment to driving progress across the nation.
