The Minister of Sports, Creative Economy, Agriculture et al, Samal Duggins took to his social media account to share some sad news. He expressed his condolences after the passing of Sharon Caines Williams. Williams was a member of Constituency 4 and a celebrated worker of the St Cristopher Air and Sea Ports Authority.

The collegues of Sharon Caines Williams from the St Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority held a candle light vigil on January 30, 2023 in honor of her wlife and accomplishments

She was instrumental in supporting several initiatives of Minister Samal Duggins, he wrote a long consolence message celebrating the life and achievements of Sharon Caines Williams. He wrote:

This past week our community was rocked by the devastating news of the passing of Sharon Caines Williams. Samal Duggins expressed that She was beloved by her immediate and extended family, her friends, her colleagues and her community.

Further, Samal Duggins expressed that he was fortunate enough to share in a candle light vigil held today in her honour by her colleagues at SCASPA.

Minister of Creative Economy, Samal Duggins also took the opportunity to pay Sharon Caines Williams a personal tribute through the social media post. He also shared somme images of the late resident of Constituency #4. He wrote:

On a personal note Sharie, as she was affectionately called, was a comrade and a friend. She was extremely supportive of me and was instrumental in the organization and management of the affairs at my Constituency Office. He expressed his gratitude to the services that she provided to the smooth workings of the I am forever grateful for her love and support.

He further noted in his social media post: I extend deepest condolences to her husband, children and entire family. We have truly lost one of our brightest stars.Until we meet again Sharie
