Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew along with a delegation of officials and ministers had traveled to Barbados to attend the First Afri-Caribbean Trade and Investment Forum to represent the Twin Island Federation at the international stage.
While there, PM Terrance Drew who also handles the ministry of Health in St Kitts and Nevis, also attended the official preparatory session PAHO/WHO [Pan American Health Organization/ World Health Organization]
Upon his return, The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis took to his Facebook account to share an update from his trip.
In addition to that, Dr Terrance Drew also informed via the post of the delegation’s plan to travel abroad at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in relation to the recent PAHO/WHO session that they had attended in Barbados.

Having recently travelled to Barbados (during the period Thursday 1st to Saturday 3rd September 2022) to represent St.Kitts-Nevis was a distinct honour.
Our federation was represented at the inaugural Afri-Caribbean Trade and Investment Forum and also at the official preparatory session PAHO/WHO [Pan American Health Organization/ World Health Organization] featuring WHO Representative for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, Dr. Amalia Del Riego as well as other officials.
Later this month, the work of the A-Team continues abroad at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in relation to the recent PAHO/WHO session.
The St Kitts-Nevis travel delegation included minister of Foreign Affairs, Economic Development, International Trade , Investment, Industry and Commerce, Dr. Denzil Douglas (who is also the former Prime Minister), Cabinet Secretary Dr Marcus Natta, Financial Secretary Hilary Hazel, Acting Permanent Secretary Ms. Naeemah Hazelle and Michael Davis, President of the St Kitts and Nevis Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
In the absence of Dr Terrance Drew, Deputy Prime Minister appointed the acting Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Minister of Finance, Citizenship and Immigration. Konris Maynard was the acting Minister of National Security
Dr Joyelle Clarke was appointed as the acting Minister of Health and Social Security
