The Nevis Culturama Festival hosted the TDC senior Kaiso Tent to commemorate the occasion of Father’s Day on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at the Ole House Cafe. The Culturama Festival is one of the most successful and sought after summer festivals of the Caribbean. The team of the organizers of the Cuturama Festival have shared the glimpses and the line-up of TDC senior Kaiso Tent event Father’s Day Edition.
The Kaiso event not only serves as the fringe event for the most historic culturama, but also celebrates the spirit of fatherhood for the people of Nevis as the event was hosted on Sunday, June 18, 2023 as Father’s Day. The team of the organisers have claimed that the the line-up for the Kaiso event is one of the best show of talent and musical prowess within Nevis. The Lineup of events consists of the following artists:
- Ted Davidson Brandy also known by the stage name of Sabu. He will play the song, Half Century in Advance
- Venetia Clarke, known by her stage name, Lady Composer. She played the song, “The Invitation”
- The third contestant on the list of the musicians was Seth Williams. He is known by the stage name, De Undertaker and played the song, Raise Your Flag High.
- The next contestant on the list was, Jevon Richards. He is known by the stage name, West Side and will play the song, The Valley.
- The fifth contestant on the list is, Oscar Browne, known by his stage name, Astro. He will play the song, Culture Pot
- The next contestant was, Akedo Nisbett, he is known by the stage name Kedo. The artist performed the song, Super Mom
- Junior Newton, the seventh contestant of the lineup, known by the stage name, Bad Man Polo played the song, No ABC
- Terron Webb known by her stage name, Invincible played the song, A Begging Society
- The next contestant was Nathalie Charles known by the stage name, Empress Lyric, played the song, A Church Divided
- The Bernett Thompson, with the stage name, Nutsy played the song, A Nation to Build
- The final contestant of the line-up is Andrew Nisbett. He is known by the stage name, King Hollywood. He played the song, My Discovery.
The prominent artist, King Binghi featured in the TDC senior Kaiso Tent father’s day edition as a guest star.
