Nevis: The Department of Labour of Nevis is going to host its first Youth Entrepreneurship Expo. The event is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. The expo will be held at the Malcolm Guishard Recreational Park (MGRP).
The timings for the event have also been shared by the Department of Labour. The event will be commencing at 1:30 p.m. and will come to an end by 6:30 p.m. The entry for the event is also made absolutely free.
The theme for the Youth Entrepreneurship Expo is “Conceptualize, Capitalize and Convert your skills into $$$.” The expo is about creating a marketplace where young entrepreneurs can exhibit their skills, network and sell their products and services.
The park will be turned into a marketplace filled with music and great products and services. V.Squared and Quench will also be showing up at the Youth Entrepreneurship Expo. V.Squared will feature a pop-up shop that will showcase new arrivals of unique earrings, necklaces, and bracelets.
Quench Menu has also been revealed. The Carrot Juice, ‘bursting with vitality’ will be sold for $6.00; Peanut Punch for $9.00; the Beets will be sold for $6.00; Lemonade for $5.00, and the Ginger for $5.00.
The Youth Entrepreneurship Expo is going to empower the young business makers and it will give them all the opportunity to turn their skills in to profit. Coming out in public and showcasing their ideas and skills will also boost their morale and make them confident about their businesses.

The Department of Labour has also invited the general public through their official Facebook page, and asked them to come out and support the young entrepreneurs as they strive to market and grow their businesses.
