Job Fair Announced to Connect Locals with Basseterre High School Construction Jobs

The government of St Kitts and Nevis is facilitating a job fair for the people of the island. The job fair will facilitate the hiring of skilled and unskilled persons for the construction of the Basseterre High School. 

According to the latest updates provided from the administration of the country, the first shipment of precast material has arrived at the island and is ready for installation. The officials have further shared that they are dedicated to making sure that the people of the island can be given appropriate opportunity to be involved in the construction of the school project

The job fair is being hosted on April 9, 2026. The event began at 10:00 a.m. at the CUNA Conference Centre. The job fair will run for four hours till 2:00 PM and give people opportunity to interact with management of the Preconco Ltd.

The administration believes that this is an excellent opportunity to learn more about available positions and take the next step toward employment.

The people of the island have been invited to be part of the job fair to get the opportunity to explore career opportunities. 

The people who will be attending are required to bring their resume along with them. They can also bring the list of their relevant experiences which will help them be considered for employment. 

The employment opportunities are open for the skilled and unskilled persons from across the island. The job fair is a joint effort between the government of St Kitts and Nevis, Preconco Ltd and attention to detail among other stakeholders.

The organization has shared that they are dedicated to making sure that the people of the island nation are benefiting from the construction progress. The people who are not able to attend the job fair for any reasons are encouraged to send their resumes to the organizers through email.
