Tuesday is a major day for St Kitts, as the island will welcome four cruise ships, which will all dock at Port Zante. What’s more remarkable is that three of those ships are from Celebrity Cruise Line, demonstrating that our island and the attractions, tours, and services we offer continue to attract the attention of major cruise lines.
This is a significant milestone, and the following cruise ships will dock in Port Zante on Tuesday:
- Aida Luna
- Celebrity Apex
- Celebrity Constellation
- Celebrity Equinox
November was a strong month for cruise arrivals, with over 41,000 cruise passengers visiting the destination. After establishing protocols that are consistent throughout the region and allow for increased cruise visitation, the destination is prepared to welcome over 60 cruise ship calls in December.
Cruise ship passengers are invited to explore the destination on bubble-vaccinated tours and attractions designated as “Travel Approved.” Passengers have no contact with anyone other than fully vaccinated taxi/tour operators, attraction tour guides, seaport officials, and cruise-related personnel. Among the attractions are the following:
Carambola Beach Club Brimstone Hill Fortress and National Park
Caribelle Batik Fairview Great House Palms Court Gardens Port Zante
- The Scenic Railway of St. Kitts
- Beach Bar Vibes
- Spice Mill on Reggae Beach
The St. Kitts Tourism Authority continues to seek the public’s assistance and understanding as we work to rebuild the sector. We are making progress.
