St. Kitts and Nevis people will be experiencing a “Beach Bonfire” event as part of the culinary month. The event is scheduled to take place on Thursday July 16, 2026 at the Carambola Beach Club.
The Beach Bonfire is a one night event which will start from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The menu of the event is inspired from the ingredient of the year of the Culinary month, passion fruits and carrots. In the event the entertainment segment will be handled by the DJ CUT-I.
The announcement of the event is shared by the Carambola Beach Club online where they shared contact details for bookings. Interested individuals can reserve their seat by connecting to the beach club directly by calling the establishment. For the event the price of the ticket is EC$165 per person.
Additionally, authorities recommended the public to book their seats for the events in advance. For the price of the ticket, the attendees get the 2 handcrafted beverages according to their tastes and 5 tasting portions from the event menu.
The menu for the event, in the appetizers attendees will have the options to choose between:
- Curried Goat Arancini,
- Veloute of Pumpkin & Ginger
- Butter-Poached Lobster Sushi Roll.
The main course consist of :
- Braised Beef Short Ribs
- Pan Seared Snapper Fillet
- Pan Roasted Chicken Roulade
- BreadFruit Cake With Curried Lentils (Vegan)
Moreover, for the desserts attendees will get to see passion fruits and carrots based desserts as it is this year’s ingredient of focus for the Culinary month.

Notably, last year the St. Kitts and Nevis Restaurant Week was one of the most successful campaigns for summer tourism. Seeing the success of the culinary event over the course of the previous decade, the authority decided to expand the scope of the event to cover the whole month of July. In celebration of 10 years of the St Kitts and Nevis Restaurant Week, the month of July was designated “Culinary Month” allowing people to experience the unique and delicious offerings of the island for the whole month.
