Farmers in St.Kitts received 5,000-gallon water tanks from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources. The official handover ceremony for the water tanks was held on May 21, 2026, under the “Improving Environmental Management Through Sustainable Land Management in St. Kitts and Nevis Project.”

The water tanks will help in securing water for the various agricultural activities which the administration wants to continue promoting. The administration of St Kitts and Nevis has shared that it is crucial for them to make sure that the nation is well on its way to food security.
