St Kitts and Nevis has secured Visa Free travel to Nigeria for its nationals and citizens after a series of bilateral talks on the matter. The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis Dr Terrance Drew has been pushing for greater relationships between the federation and Nigeria.
The Visa Free access to Nigeria has been a positive development in terms of connectivity and relationships between the two nations. St Kitts and Nevis already offers Visa Free Access to Nigeria and has been welcoming travellers, students and much more from the African Nation.
The reciprocation of the gesture has been a massive step in the direction of stronger relationships between the two nations. The leaders from both Nigeria and St Kitts and Nevis have met multiple times throughout this year.
During the last month, Minister Samal Duggins, representing the country at a cultural event in Nigeria took the collaborative work to another level. In July, Prime Minster Dr Terrance Drew also met with the President of Nigeria, Bola Ahmad Tinubu during his visit to Saint Lucia.
During this meeting, Dr Drew advocated for increased travel opportunities between St Kitts and Nevis and Nigeria. With that coming to fruition for the two nations, travel, business and education between the two nations will soar to greater heights.
With this development, the two nations are reiterating their commitment to remove barriers and foster closer ties across the Atlantic. The leadership of both the nations enjoys a strong and deep relationship between St Kitts and Nevis and the members of the community leaders will be working with each other and making the most of the collaborative opportunity working with the members of various sectors of the community.
