Blake Lively, an American actress, accused and filed a lawsuit against her co-star and director from the movie It Ends With Us, Justin Baldoni for inappropriate behavior.
According to the case filed by the actress, Justin Baldoni had been sexually harassing her while also attempting to destroy her reputation.
Lively stated in the lawsuit that she suffered extreme emotional distress because of her co-star’s improper actions.
As per reports, Blake Lively stated that Baldoni continuously commented on her weight, while discussing his sexual life and addiction to porn in front of her and other cast members.
Justin Baldoni’s legal team denied the accusations calling it false as they are not based on any facts or evidence.
They also said that the actress kept threatening them to stop the filming if her conditions and demands are not fulfilled.
All about the lawsuit
The lawsuit between the two actors started in January 2024, where Blake Lively stated that the work environment was very unfriendly and unsafe for not only her, but for other female members as well.
Her husband, Ryan Reynolds, who is famous for his Marvel character, Deadpool, joined her in the meeting, which was held to address the accusations made by Blake Lively.
Moreover, the actress also said that one of the producers of the film, Jamey Heath, who is also the CEO of Wayfarer Studios, showed her a video of his wife naked while giving birth.
Lively further added that her co-star and movie producer added her vanity without permission while she was breastfeeding her infant.
In response, Baldoni’s legal team called her shameless for making false accusations against not only Justin Baldoni, but also against Wayfarer Studios and its representative.

Colleen Hoover, the top selling author behind the novel It Ends With Us, shared her support for Lively in her lawsuit and said that the actress has been honest and kind since the day they first met.

‘It Ends With Us’ is a 2024 American romantic movie, based on the novel of the same name by Colleen Hoover, which was released in 2016.
The film is directed and starred by Justin Baldoni, who played the role of Ryle Kincaid along with Blake Lively, who acted as Lily Bloom.
It Ends With Us was released by Sony Pictures in the America on August 9, 2024, but was first premiered on August 6, 2024, in New York City.
It Ends With Us received mixed reviews from both fans and critics, with some loving the movie and its adaptation from the novel while others criticized it saying the actress had no chemistry or that some other actors would suit better as the characters.

He directed several films like Five Feet Apart (2019), Clouds (2020), along with It Ends With Us (2024), during which his co-star filed the lawsuit against him.
Baldoni is also the co-founder of a production company called Wayfarer Entertainment, of which he sold a majority of shares in 2019.
He is currently married to a Swedish actress Emily Fuxler, after dating for two years and has two kids with her.
