The government of St Kitts and Nevis held a special dinner on Sunday evening at the CUNA Conference Room in a show appreciation for their hard work and invaluable service of the Emergency Medical Technicians

The country’s people organiized a week long series of events in the honor of the people who work in the EMT Department. The conclusion of the week long events are aimed to promote the importance and prominence of the people of the Emergency Medical Staff of the country. The dinner was attended by Medical Surgeon at the Joseph N. France (JNF) General Hospital, Dr. Joylette Woodley-Fasselle alongside the Prime Minister and Minister of Health, Dr Terrance Drew, and other officials.
The dinner event brought the curtains down on the celebratory activities held as part of EMS Week 2023 which ran from May 21-27. The week of activities was held under the theme, “Where Emergency care Begins”. The week consisted of several events in honor of the EMT staff of the country. The prime Minister of the counrty, Dr Terrance Drew took to his social media account to share some glimpses of the event.
