The owner of MSR Media, Philippe Martinez took legal action against 3 prominent individuals accusing fraudulent activities in the Citizenship by Investment Programme including ex Prime Minister, ex CIU head and owner of international developer.
A formal legal notice has been issued by Philippe Martinez against former Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris, the former head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, Leslie Khan (Les Khan) and Ying Jin, the Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Corporation.
The reason behind his action stated by Martinez that they had caused “significant financial damages” to American investors, which caused a stir in the investment community.
Martinez is pointing fingers at ex-PM Timothy Harris, Les Khan and Ying Jin for their involvement in a web of misrepresentation and alleged fraud caused by them in the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programme.
According to Martinez, these three individuals not only lowered the value of CBI shares but also set up a misleading network to sell shares of different projects by undercutting, including the high-profile prison project, which was sold at prices way lower than what they were actually allowed.
The situation regarding the prison project has gotten even more complicated by the issuance of a legal notice by the owner of MSR Media.
According to Martinez, during the tenure of former PM Timothy Harris and when Les Khan was heading the Citizenship by Investment Unit at that time, the CBI Programme applications were allegedly being sold at discounted prices with the help of Ying Jin.
MSR media warned the trio through their legal notice and informed them that a team of investigators in the United States is currently analysing their public statements.
MSR media has issued a legal notice to inform the trio which states that their investigation team in the United States is thoroughly examining all their public statements. They also accused the three individuals of establishing a deceptive network to sell shares of other projects at significantly reduced prices.
Martinez has shown by sharing the shreds of evidence from their investigation with authorities in both the United States and the United Kingdom that this battle is not just restricted to local jurisdiction.
The legal notice mentioned that MSR media has been officially handing over all the proofs of their fallacious activities to the government of the United States.
Notably, a whistle-blower said that Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Corporation, led by Ying Jin, has apparently shut down all of its bank accounts from the Caribbean region. The company has shifted its financial operations to Macau’s bank account following the allegations of money laundering.
Moreover, such sudden closure and the transfer of the financial dealings from their own base to the Asian financial centre raises many speculations about the company’s motive.
MSR media and the other three parties involved have been locked in an online battle for over a year now. They have been exchanging accusations and allegations, each trying to expose the other in the court of public opinion.
They are constantly throwing claims and counterclaims at each other by using social media posts and articles as their battlegrounds. This virtual war is captivating the audience through the intensity and bitterness of the dispute.

There are some rumours that Martinez has a video clipping of Les Khan speaking that he has bribed St Lucia to conduct operations in the country. He admitted that he has a financial arrangement with CBI Ministry.
