Dr William Connor Primary School took home 49 medals from the Giant Malt Champs of Champs. The championship, which was held on Saturday, February 15th, 2025, at the Old Basseterre High School Ground, was to find the overall champion of the Zonal Series 2025.
Four schools, namely Dr William Connor, Sandy Point, Canyon, and St Paul’s, battled one another to win the title of the ultimate champion.

Dr William Connor Primary School was crowned the ultimate winner as it won 22 gold medals, 13 silver medals, and 14 bronze medals, followed by Sandy Point Primary School winning 10 gold medals, 7 silver medals, and 8 bronze medals.
Canyon Primary School emerged as the second runner-up with 6 gold medals, 10 silver medals, and 10 bronze medals. St Paul’s Primary School came at last with 4 gold medals, 12 silver medals, and 10 bronze medals.

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Denzil Douglas congratulated Dr William Connor Primary School on winning the Giant Malt Champs of Champs. He also appreciated the participating teams for their hard work.
Winners of each Zonal Championships 2025
St Paul’s Primary School took home 27 gold medals, 18 silver medals, and 12 bronze medals at the East Zone 2 Primary School Championships.
West Zone Public Primary School Championships was won by Sandy Point Primary School, with 15 gold medals, 10 silver medals, and 19 bronze medals.
Dr William Connor Primary School won The Bank of Nevis Limited Basseterre Zone championships with 16 gold medals, 13 silver medals, and 19 bronze medals.
Canyon Primary School won the final zonal championship – East Zone 1 Public Primary School Championships, with 23 gold medals, 22 silver medals, and 15 bronze medals.
