The Minister of Foreign Affairs in St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Denzil Douglas extended his warm greetings on completing 35 years of his service this month as an elected member of the Parliament and for serving his several constituencies. He thanked his constituents and others for their consistent support, love, and prayers during this precious journey.

Life is a journey of challenges, conversations, choices, consequences, convictions, and commitments.”
Further, he outlined that there are imperfections in everyone and one must do and contribute their best version of themselves. “This Month marks my 35th anniversary as an elected Member of Parliament, faithfully serving my Constituents of Newton Ground, St. Paul’s, Dieppe Bay, Parson’s and Saddlers /Harrises and my Country,” he further noted.
He also said that his servings are god’s will, which is being fulfilled through him, and extended his heartfelt gratitude towards all who poured their love, support, and prayers on him.
Meanwhile, community people expressed their thankfulness and congratulated the Minister for his serving and commitment to his people. A user identified as La-Reine B Caines said, “Thank you for your sterling contribution to our nation, I wish you continued good health, peace, and God’s protection. Blessings..”.

It is to be noted that previously on March 4th, Dr Douglas also shared his gratitude while reminiscing his journey. Looking back at the time, he said that this wasn’t always easy, but he knew it would be worth it….
“Don’t think for a moment, I never felt the pain, the hurt, and shame, but chose not to blame, I knew the true story would be told and the glory and beauty of SKN, ALL will behold,” he added.
