The head of the St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), Michael Martin has been working on making the CBI programme of the country more trustworthy and strong in the eyes of the international investors. For this, Martin and his team have taken several significant steps and introduced many crucial improvements to the Programme.
One of the most critical improvements is introducing the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) to replace the Sustainable Growth Fund investment option. With the said investment option, the CIU has added some new features to the Programme, primarily aimed at protecting the integrity and reputation of the Citizenship by Investment Programme of St Kitts and Nevis.
He and his team understand the significance and importance of the Citizenship by Investment Programme in the international investment migration industry. Accordingly, he seeks to maintain the high standards of the Programme. For this reason, the new investment options Sustainable Island State Contribution seek to ensure that only the most elite of the international investors can access the longest-running Citizenship by Investment Programme in the investment Migration industry: St Kitts and Nevis.
The Contribution amounts for the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) are:
Minimum Contribution for one applicant – US$ 250,000
– Minimum Contribution for a family of two – US$ 300,000
– Minimum Contribution for a family of three or four – US$ 350,000
– Due diligence for a single applicant – US$ 10,000
– Due diligence for a family of two – US$ 17,500
– Due diligence for a family of three or four – US$32,000
Along with the increase in the Minimum Investment amount for the SISC, the CIU has also introduced other improvements to the overall Programme to ensure the safety of the investors and the local population of the country. The country has introduced mandatory interviews for the investors interested in obtaining the Citizenship of St Kitts and Nevis.
They have also strengthened their due diligence processes so as to ensure that only the best applicants can get access to the platinum standard of the country’s citizenship product. The St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Programme is one of the frontrunners of the investment Migration industry. They have retained this position for the last four decades.
Currently, the leader of the CIU is making certain that they can retain this position in the future as well.
