She serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), producer, writer, and director in Caribbean Soul Media. It is a St. Kitts based creative media agency and strategic communication firm in Basseterre.

Notably, the POSH ICON Women Awards is organised to celebrate the Caribbean Women across the region and the diaspora who have done exceptional work in business, culture and community. The Caribbean POSH ICON Women Awards lie under the Caribbean POSH Weekend program which will run from 25 to 30 June, 2026.
The award night will take place on Friday 26, June 2026 at the Ocean 7, Peter Islands, British Virgin Islands and it will be a formal, live red-carpet gala event where all category winners will be announced on the stage.This year the Caribbean POSH Weekend will mark their 10th anniversary.
