St Kitts Music Festival has announced the final headlining act of the three day musical extravaganza. American singer, song writer and dancer, Kehlani is all set to headline the 2026 edition of St Kitts’s highly anticipated music festival. The organizers of the music festival have announced the complete lineup for the three days of the event in a post shared earlier in the week.
The people of the island have been looking forward to the 28th edition of the festival which will be hosted from June 25 to June 27, 2026. This year’s edition for the music festival is expected to be more successful as compared to their predecessors.
The announcement of the final and special act was made on Friday, February 6 after building the anticipation for the reveal for the whole week.
The headlining artist for the St Kitts Music Festival, Kehlani started her career as a member of the teen pop group PopLyfe in 2011 as a contestant on America’s Got Talent. They left the group and self-released the mixtapes Cloud 19 in the year 2014 and You Should Be Here in the year 2015.
Both the mixtapes received gold certifications by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). In the last ten years, she has taken her career forward with studio albums associations with banners and winning accolades at various national and international events.
In 2025, Kehlani’s single “Folded,” peaked at number six on the Billboard Hot 100. The song also won Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards
The island has been looking forward to seeing the biggest names in the music industry coming together for the 2026 St Kitts Music Festival. In the year 2025, the three day music festival period welcomed more than 7,700 people.
This year, the organizers anticipate an increase in this number and are preparing for an increased crowd.
