St. Kitts and Nevis has received the highest honour at the Global Citizen Awards Ceremony this week in Russia.

The annual awards ceremony was held at the Ritz Carlton in Moscow on November 15. Those in attendance included world experts of private banking, family office, residency and economic citizenship in Russia.

The awards recognise governments, companies and individuals who are excelling in investment, freedom of movement and residence services.

St. Kitts and Nevis was awarded World’s Most Innovative Investment Immigration Programme for its Citizenship by Investment programme.

Dr. Timothy Harris, who was not in attendance at the ceremony, said “receiving an award which acknowledges the forward-thinking approach and the agility of our programme is reinforcement that we are leaders, not just in the world of economic citizenship, but in what we have to offer to the global citizen.”

Recently the Financial Times’ Professional Wealth Management publication acknowledged the St. Kitts and Nevis programme as the strongest in the world in due diligence.
