The Ministry of Health convened a meeting this week with key stakeholders to discuss improvements to cleanliness in Basseterre.
Management and staff from the St. Kitts and Nevis Solid Waste Management Corporation, the Parks and Beaches Unit and the Department of Environmental Health Services were in attendance.
