A murder investigation in Antigua and Barbuda has made a breakthrough, the police have said.

Mr. Campbell Jackson, a business man in Antigua and Barbuda, was shot dead outside his home in the Green Bay area in May this year.

He was 66 years old.

Three people have been charged with Mr. Jackson’s murder: Alexis Mussington, Arthur James and Kennecha Marcel, who are all from the Green Bay area.

Two other people were injured when Mr. Jackson died – Mr. Jackson’s son, Jari, and friend, Mr. Tevin George.

The three who have been charged with murder have now also been charged with attempted murder of those hurt during the incident.

They are expected to make their first appearance in court sometime this week.
